Register Now for the NYC Patient ForumFall 2010 Our next patient forum, “Understanding Bladder Cancer,” will take place on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at the New York Academy of Medicine in New York City. The forum is aimed at patients, family members, and caregivers. Dr. James McKiernan from Columbia University Medical Center and Dr. Bernard Bochner from Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, are serving as our faculty co-chairs. Joining them will be doctors from New York University Medical Center, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and Weill Cornell Medical College. This expert panel of bladder cancer specialists will give an overview of many aspects of the disease, and will give you time for questions and answers. After the presentations, there will be an interactive discussion with a panel focusing on Survivorship Issues. Slides and audio from the forum presentations will be posted on our website after the forum. Preregistration is required as space is limited and lunch will be provided. If you plan to attend the forum, make sure to register in advance. Register by Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at the reduced rate of $15 per person.
