BCAN’s first handbook for newly diagnosed patients is now available, free of charge. “Bladder Cancer Basics for the Newly Diagnosed” will help patients learn a about their diagnosis and treatment options to enable them,  with the help of their medical team, to make informed choices about their continued medical care.The handbook offers a variety of information about the disease including the types of tests used to diagnose bladder cancer, what it means to “stage” and “grade” the disease, an overview of the types of treatments prescribed as well as resources for the proactive patient.To order a copy of the handbook, please send an email to us at info@bcan.org and indicate how many copies you would like and where we should send them.If you would prefer to download a PDF of the handbook, please complete the form below.
