H. Barton Grossman, M.D., FACS

Dr. Grossman was awarded his medical degree from Temple University. He then completed a residency in Urology at the University of Michigan. He obtained additional training in a clinical and research fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and returned to the University of Michigan where he rose to Professor. In 1994, he joined the faculty of The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center where he is Professor and Deputy Chairman of the Department of Urology. He also holds the W. A. “Tex” and Deborah Moncrief, Jr. Distinguished Chair in Urology. Dr. Grossman has numerous publications and continues to have an active research laboratory.
